VIP Day – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a VIP Day with Steph you agree to the following terms:

Non-Refundable
All payments are non-refundable. Please ensure you are committed before booking.
Travel & Accommodation
If attending in person (Manchester or Newcastle), you are responsible for your own travel and accommodation costs.
Lunch
Lunch will be provided for in-person VIP Days. If your session is delivered via Zoom, food is not included.
Booking Your VIP Day
Once payment is received, you will receive an email with next steps and instructions on how to schedule your VIP Day. All dates are subject to mutual availability and must be booked within 3 months of purchase.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, at least 7 days’ notice is required. One reschedule is permitted per booking. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the session.
Session Delivery
VIP Days are delivered in person (Manchester or Newcastle) or via Zoom. The location must be confirmed during the booking process.
